| Beautiful hotel with great security. Wouldn't recommend a bungalow though. Noisy pipes and too far from main hotel. Great staffing though. All were friendly and customer service oriented. |

| I absolutely did not want to leave the hotel. It had everything I needed from multiple great restaurants, boutiques, spa, golf, pools, croquet and security. The grounds were well manicured and I loved strolling down the sidewalk looking at the magnificent yachts. The experience reminded me of my stay at the Grand Hotel in Mackinaw Island...a place where you can unwind, be yourself and look forward to going back! |

| The Cloister rooms are very old and musty. The Addison wing is much nicer. But I did find ants in the room. |

| Simplemente, excelente en ubicación, calidad, servicio, habitaciones.
Me encanto el hotel, a mi me toco estar en la torre y la vista era espectacular, bahía y océano.
Las habitaciones son grandes y muy cómodas, tiene varias opciones si no deseas salir un día del hotel, recomiendo el paseo en el bote que te lleva a la playa, comida en cualquiera de los restaurantes y por ultimo el bar del hotel!!!!
Simplemente tengo que decirles que esta renovado y excelente!!!!!! |

| Very nice hotel but overpriced- resort charge and parking to expensive. They are like Fort Knox- wouldn't even let a pizza delivery person come up to front of hotel. I had to walk all the way out of resort. Nice water ferry to Beach Resort. |

| At first we were very upset with our room, it was dingy, dirty, the paint was peeling off the walls! They upgraded us to another room (with a balcony) and this room had mold everywhere in the room! I didn't even want to shower there! We wanted to leave but the staff there upgraded us again to a beautiful room very clean and upgraded with nice fixtures. I am usually not picky but the other rooms were unbearable. I have to say they were more than accommodating and had amazing service in the hotel. Once they remodel that particular part of the hotel it will be really nice. |
