Recent Renaissance Boca Raton Review: "The Renaissance Boca Raton Hotel was a great place to stay. The staff was polite, courteous and helpful. Our room was very comfortable. Room service was great as was the food. We had access to the Club Room which really provided us with good breakfast and evening snack offerings. The pool and grounds were nice, however; I was disappointed at how people just left their used cups, plates, utensils, etc. laying around. Used towels were also allowed to lie around on the lounge chairs preventing others from using them. The hotel should either provide easily accessible receptacles and expectations or have staff browse the areas more often to get things picked up. The hotel a distance from A1A and we were originally told by the deskclerk that you can get to Glades Drive from A1A. You can't. Glades Drive which is the road you take to Renaissance Dr. is accessible from Rt. 1. The hotel is atleast a 15-20 minutes drive to A1A and the beaches."
