| The breakfast buffet was included in my room and it was good. You cannot take any of the food out of th restaurant when you eat at the breakfast buffet but again it was good. The hotel room with the king size bed was okay, cleanliness was okay...honestly, the room itself did not have anything that set itself apart from the Hampton Inn that I stayed at the week before but I went with the Marriot this time aroun dbecause of the name. Although there is free wireless internet, the tv channels were horrible--there's no MTV, not many cable channels to watch at all. Thankfully I only paid 4 dollars more to be here at the Marriott versus at the Hampton Inn but I feel that you can save your money and go somewhere else. |

| The hotel was at a perfect location. It was close to super shopping and eating. The bathrooms were very outdated and the lighting wasn't great in the bathroom mirror area. I did hear they were doing next year the top floors for remodeling so hopefully will be updated. I highly recommend they hotel and the location. |

| I like this hotel and will come again. I like the business-like desk, chairs and comfortable furnishings..
This was my second stay, and I'll be back again in a few weeks for a third stay. BUT, in both rooms I've had...
... whereas the superior quality shower/bathtub has hold bars on walls for less agile/handicapped guests, the toilet is situated in a corner abutting the inner wall with a low profile and absolutely nothing to grab on to when trying to stand up.
The irony of this is that no doubt the corner location of the toilet is meant to comply with some rule for "wheelchair access" -- there is a huge open space between toilet and outer wall, and no space at all between toilet and inner wall...
My knees are a little wobbly, and I had a hard time standing up once I sat down. I can't imagine an elderly or really impaired individual being able to stand up without assistance!!!
If not for the weird toilet arrangement, I'd give this hotel superlative marks! |
